Between the airport’s massive MoreRNO upgrades, the Grand Sierra Resort’s record-setting redevelopment, the Neon Line downtown rebuild, and a new pro-soccer stadium with a surrounding entertainment district, the Biggest Little City is seeing nearly $3 billion in major construction projects — and that’s just the headline acts.
